Brittnee Chester, LPC

LICENSED Therapist

When big emotions, major life changes, or relentless stress take over, finding your footing can be tough—but therapy shouldn’t add to that pressure. I offer a warm, judgment-free space where kids, teens, and adults can breathe a little easier, speak openly without fear of being misunderstood, and begin turning daily overwhelm into steady progress.

My clinical focus centers on anxiety, neurodivergent experiences and ADHD, relationship dynamics, grief, and navigating challenging life transitions. Rather than using a rigid, cookie-cutter formula, I adapt evidence-based strategies to fit who you are. My goal is simple: ensure you feel completely supported and understood while equipping you with actionable skills to navigate everyday challenges on your own terms.

If you or your child are feeling weighed down by anxiety, burnout, or major life changes, you don’t have to untangle it alone. We can work together to transform overwhelm into clarity, comfort, and sustainable confidence.
