(Rebecca) Becca is a Marriage and Family Therapist In-Training who works with adults providing individual and couples therapy. While she treats an array of issues, her areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stress management, life transitions, and grief and loss.

Becca connects deeply with clients and helps them understand how they got to where they are using a systemic approach. She believes in helping clients assess and gain clarity about their relationships and experiences in an accepting and judgment free zone. In her work, Becca has a collaborative style to help clients develop coping mechanisms and identify areas and plans for desired change. She draws from a wide range of techniques including emotionally focused therapy, narrative therapy, developmental therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness.
