Anxiety

Many people have the misconception that struggling with anxiety means having panic attacks and constantly worrying. While this can be true for some people, anxiety can present itself in many ways beyond excessive worrying. Irritability, agitation, restlessness, intrusive thoughts, and difficulty sleeping can also be symptoms that are oftentimes overlooked or misunderstood.

Do find yourself over analyzing aspects of your life or being preoccupied with worry? Are you quick to anger, or easily agitated? Maybe you experience flashbacks or intrusive memories of traumas or stressors you have experienced? These symptoms are overwhelming and exhausting, and you don’t have to go through them alone.
